Kathie provided me with lots of information to consider. I was very happy to receive a very detailed report about our consultation. Kathie also sent a copy of the report, with my consent, to my GP and I have discussed the recommendations with her. Overall, I was very impressed with Kathie's knowledge, expertise and communication skills.

I went to see Kathie a few weeks ago and I’m so glad I did; Kathie is so lovely we had a full 1 hour chat in regards to my surgical menopause. It was fantastic to have a whole hour to talk in detail in a relaxed way about all my symptoms and what is best for me. I didn't want to go to my GP, have 5 minutes and just be stuck on HRT without a full discussion. Kathie was very understanding about my needs and my wish to avoid HRT for now. I left with so much knowledge about my options, feeling confident in my ability to navigate this stage of my life and knowing I can return to Kathie for advice in future as and when things change.

I hadn’t realised before the consultation that the products that Kathie recommended could be communicated directly with my GP to request they are prescribed. This is a useful benefit.
