Nobody had mentioned Calcium, vitamin D or Magnesium before. Which is really important, given recent bone and muscle issues, however not mentioned by GP. It's a shame generally medical professionals do not bother to tell women about once into their 50's and beyond.

I booked to go see Kathie after not really getting anywhere with my GP. It was a relief for someone to finally understand what I was experiencing and for them to believe me instead of giving me “ the look” she has a great knowledge of what works best for each individual based on medical history etc. Would definitely recommend her.
